Investment Project for New Commodities Futures Firm in HK

We are a Commodities futures firm based in Hong Kong with pending SFC membership. We are seeking development capital to expand in Hong Kong and give instruction and educational events with our partners in Mainland China. Our target market is high net worth investors and hedgers who are not given proper service and support from the local firms.

We are seeking capital to expand and grow our firm here in Hong Kong. Our goal is to recruit either experienced retail brokers with a clientele or train local western educated people to service and support local clients. We also plan to give educational and development seminars on the Mainland to increase the knowledge and abilities of both individuals and hedgers in commodities and futures.

We have already been seeded by the partners and have furnished and developed our office space in a convenient location in Central. Our infrastructure has been developed with best practices in mind and SFC compliance rules and regulations as required. We are presently licensed with the NFA/CFTC in the US and are in the process of changing US clearing firms. We have a local clearing agreement in place with DBS Vickers who fully supports our effort here in Hong Kong and the mainland. Please review our power point that I have attached.
