Commercial Spirulina Production Project Seeking Debt Finance

We need around INR 1.5 crore to complete this project. Investors can provide the whole amount or part of the project cost. We are ready to pay interest rate of 18% p.a.

We want to establish a commercial Spirulina cultivation farm to produce all types of Spirulina products. Spirulina is widely used as a nutritional supplement as well as for medical purposes and enjoys high market demand. We already acquired 3.5 acre of land at District Paschim Medipur, West Bengal, India to run the project.

We will be producing Spirulina powder, capsules, tablets and many more.

We have a 100% buy-back offer by a biotech company. Afterwards we will continue selling the product at the domestic & international markets. Revenues are secured since at present there are so many companies around the world using Spirulina for manufacturing their products such as food, drinks, medicines etc. for increasing nutritional food value. The Spirulina usage is approved by the WHO.

The Spirulina industry grows up fast and enjoys high demand. Therefore our business will need only one year to get 100% output. Our expected output capacity is around 25 tons per year and we will be able to repay 100% loan within maximum 5 years.

The Spirulina products have numerous applications and as per industry reports their production is far less than the worldwide demand. We have already experimented with Spirulina production and we achieved very good results. The skilled workers and specific environment in this area are among the reasons for that.

Spirulina products are demanded globally and promoted by the WHO. We have positive experience in Spirulina production and we are confident that we will get better output than other companies.

The capital will be used to establish and run the project.
