Market: one city one portal, one city will be considered as one project and will operate independently though there will be connectivity within all cities worldwide when the portal for each individual city is launched.

Competition: we shall not allow competition to major extent by keeping its uniqueness.

Worldwide: the goal is to create platform for all cities across the world.

The project is one of its kind and expected to draw huge mileage, as it is exclusive to deal with every single city.

The project is a socio business venture; the revenue would be subscription and listing of business, and advertisements.

I have a 20 plus years of quality experience in running my own business in web, on-line media, internet and conceptualization.

The first stage fund will be used to develop the technology and solution.

The working capital -for creating database, marketing and promotion, office and misc. expenses.

The project is huge and will need funds in every 6 months period.

The following stake is proposed to the equity investor:
1st stage:
min: 50000 usd for a 5 % stake; max of 100000 usd for a 10 % stake
The project will set the required mileage in 6 months’ time.

2nd stage: 6 months
5 million usd for a 15 % stake.
