We have setup the fundaments for running an Entertainment Hindi TV Channel. We have invested around 12 CR and are looking for some additional support by investors.

The targeted audience is from 5 years to 70 years.

The income will flow in from different sources such as advertisement, slot selling, Sponsorship, Game Show, IVR services. More details can be provided if required.

The investment can be recovered within 2 years with interest, a non-convertible debenture with interest will be issued equivalent to the amount invested.

The MD of the company is well experienced and can run the business with fewer expenses. He is handling the Programming, Marketing, and Technical departments.

Whereas other companies are getting all support from 3 different heads, and depending on them, here we have one director who has all the knowledge required, and hence less staff is needed.

The finance will be spent in parts, not all at once. It will be used for telecast, distribution, publicity and some software.
