Investment Project for Creation of Eco friendly Resorts in Nilgiris

Nilgiris is one of the major tourist attraction in India. The development of a eco friendly resort will be in line with International standards. Area required: 1.5 acre.

The project is aimed at the creation of a small eco friendly resort. We provide full fledged accommodation facilities and self service kitchen. This resort will target both naional and international customers. The close proximity to the business house/corporates in Coimbatore will also be advantage factor. Having the tag of "eco friendly" will form a speciality of this resort. One third of the area is for the buildings and the remaining area is meant for lawns and parking. The resort will provide a selfservice kitchen.

Office will be maintained at the resort and to create awareness we will have tie up with tour operators from Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Delhi.

The next level from the startup of resort is to develop a travel links and arrange for a eco tourism.

With the start of this resort, I am planning to create awareness on environment among the tourists in order to save Nilgiris biosphere.

The reason for choosing this project is to develop an eco friendly business. The majority of the tourists are staying in a commercial place which could not cater the needs of heavy inflow of tourists. So this project is a evergreen business. The growing population in the category of High income group from Coimbatore like to enjoy the holiday everyweek in a remote hilly places. So this project is having advantage in places like Nilgiris- a global destination.
