With reference to the above mentioned subject, kindly find as follows the required investment funds, repayment of investment funds and the return on investment:

Required Investment Fund: US$500,000.00 equivalent to approx RM1,550,000.00 @ the rate of US$1 = RM3.1

Duration of Investment: 2 year (24 months)

Commencement of Investment: Two months from the time the investment funds is in the bank account of JAS Global SDn Bhd. at Kuala Lumpur.

Justification on the commencement of investment period of 1 month.
The commencement of investment is 2 months due to the fact that JAS Global has got 2 ongoing projects in Malaysia and has come to a professional opinion that in order for the business to start generating sales, the gestation period of 2 months has to be taken into consideration. We are using the funds for operating a 150 acre mine and mobilizing equipment and personnel for a 120 acre mine that has license to operate on 40 acres initially. The Grade of ore is 54% and we anticipate to mine 20,000MT at the end of 60-90 days

Payment Security: JAS Globals signed agreements with Mine Owners and Operators.

Within 24 months the investor gets the capital back, calculations as follows:

Repayment of Investment Funds: RM65,000 (equivalent to approx US$20,850 @ the rate of US$1 = RM3.1) per month for 24 months
= RM 65,000 x 24 months = RM1,560,000.00

During the 24 months the investor gets the returns on investments, calculations as follows:

Return on Investment Funds: RM155,000.00 x 24 months = RM280,800 per Year equivalent to US$90,600 at the rate of US$1 = RM3.1
For an investment of US$500,000 the investor makes an investment profit approx 24% per annum based on depreciating balance on the invested amount.

TOTAL PAYBACK IN 2 YEARS IS: 1.2Million USD (120%) Upon mutual acceptance the Nett Proceeds can be Reinvested for a further 2 Years.

ALL FUNDS SHALL BE DEPOSITED INTO AN ACCOUNT HELD BY JAS Global IN MALAYSIA AT MAYBANK IN KL.
