Build and Operate a Tourist Hotel With Some Supporting Facilities

We will build a tourist guest house of 12 rooms with a restaurant and establish our own water sports facilities and later introduce other services too.

We need USD150000 to construct the guest house with the restaurant and come to operation. For buying Water sports facilities which is optional, we need additional USD100000.

As Maldives is one of the well established and among the most favourite destinations among the tourists, it is a very profitable to run tourism related business in Maldives. Maldives tourism industry is developing at great speed and demand is increasing too.

In early days, mainly there are resorts targeted at customers who are ready to buy luxurious services. However in recent years, as government opens the opportunity to operate guest houses and hotels in inhabited islands, there has been a huge growth happening in the number of guest houses and hotels in Maldives. The great thing is none of these guest houses and hotels are failures. Good news is that, once started, all of them start growing at great speed.

As Maldives is one of the most beautiful countries, with islands surrounded with crystal clear water and white sandy beaches, the demand for Maldives never falls. Every year it increases the number of tourists who visit Maldives for vacation.
Once we start our guest house with restaurant and Water sports facilities and additional income generating activities, we would cover the investment in 2-3 years.

The occupancy is maintained not lower than 50% throughout the year though which averages at 60%-80%.

The island is recently open for building guest houses.
Currently there has been only two guest houses operating in the island.
The occupancy for the present guest houses is maintained at 50% even though they do not provide any recreational service such as water sports.
High growth potential since additional land can be easily achieved.

USD150000 will be used for construction of the guest house with 12 rooms and the restaurant. The remaining USD100000 will be used to buy water sports facilities such as jet skis, a small speed boats and some other facilities.

We have land available and are seeking an investor who can invest the total amount needed for the business. We are ready to share 50/50 between the investor and us. Also if the investor would like to play an active role in the operation, we welcome to do so.
