An Investor could choose:
Either to partake in the Project and becoming Co-owner;
or;
only Share in the Project's Profits
Competitive Advantage
Tourism is big Business in Namibia and is our second largest Economy Sector, right behind the Mining Sector. Within the Tourism Sector, Game-related activities play a major part; such as Trophy-hunting and Game Breeding.
As with all African Countries, each have their own set of Laws and Policies, and we are grateful that the Namibian Law allows full Ownership and Utilization of Game, which had become an extremely lucrative business, especially the breeding of Rare & Exotic Game Species.
These Game Species are sought after, as most of these Game Resources elsewhere in Africa, had been depleted or are near depletion. Tourists and trophy-hunters therefore flock to Namibia, where there Game Species are roaming in reasonable numbers.
Just to give you an idea:
Within the short existence of this industry, since it started in 1990, Breeders within the Southern African countries (Botswana, South Africa, Namibia and Mozambique), has build this industry to a gigantic 9-Billion Dollars annually; with South Africa in the forefront hereof.
With that said, I search for the following:
I seek Partner/Investor, which is able to provide the initial Start-up Funds, to establishment of a pristine Game Breeding Farm in Namibia; with the emphasis on breeding high value Rare, Endangered & Exotic Game Species.
The focus would be to breed among others the following:
Namibian Golden-Oryx;
Golden-Wildebeest;
Livingstone-Eland
Kings-Wildebeest;
Black-face Impala;
Sable Antelope;
Roan Antelope;
Nyala; etc.
The breeding of these Rare & Exotic Game, are a very profitable Business as these animals are extremely high valued animals and the breeding of such generate a substantial income. (These Animals trade/sell for US$ 30K - 500K+ per head!)
So why is not everyone doing this then, if it’s so profitable; you may ask?
The main reason, the costs to establish such facility, is extremely high; way out of reach of the average Namibian farmer. It would cost the average Namibian farmer some US$ 5 - 15 Million to establish a small operation, which costs is way out of the average farmer's reach.
I seek an investor that is financially able to make available an Amount of +- US$ 15-Million; or alternatively, be able to path the way for the intended Project, to obtain a Project Loan from a respected International Funding House.
Investor may partake in the project, by way of obtaining a share in the project;
Or alternatively;
An investor could be a sleeping partner that earn a lucrative interest on his investment.
If this is of interest and you would like to know more, I would send you the Project info. (Business Plans, Financial Projections, etc.)
Rationale for the deal
The rare & exotic game breeding industry is a relative new and booming industry in Namibia.
The concept of breeding rare & exotic game species originated in neighbouring South Africa during the late 1990s. The Cape Buffalo population was critically affected with disease and as a result of that, their numbers dropped to a critical level. Special breeding programs were implemented with the aim and the objective of breeding disease free Buffalo to increase the overall numbers. These effective and successful breeding programs were a massive breakthrough for the game industry.
Entrepreneurs saw an unique and exceptional profitable opportunity in this and the focus shifted to breed other rare to exotic game species such as Sable, Roan Antelope, Nyala and White & Black Rhino, etc.
The breeding of these highly priced animals make it a highly lucrative business and attract massive income, via tourism & trophy hunters.
These days, the aim is to concentrate on breeding rare and exotic game of exceptional quality and genetics.
Modern day breeders supply buyers with young breeding stock, as they are more adaptable and offer prospective owners the benefit of receiving the maximum number of off-spring during the lifespan of the animal.
Within the short existence of this industry, breeders within the Southern African countries (Botswana, South Africa, Namibia and Mozambique), have build this industry to a gigantic 9-billion dollars annually.
