Organ Transplant Center in Islamabad, Pakistan

We want to establish a state of art transplant center (CLOT) for liver and other organs. It will be a 250-bedded hospital at Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. Pakistan has a population of more than 180 million people, more than 10% of which suffer from different liver diseases.

We have got the commercial land needed for the project, located in the best part of the city and with a lot of parking area. We need financing for infrastructure and equipment. With regard to the high demand, we expect our venture to be profitable and the investor to get returns in a very short period of time. A liver transplantation in developed counties costs about 8 to 10 million pak rupees, while here the cost will be much lower yet with the best facilites.

There are only two such facilities in the country one of which is private, Alshifa International Hospital, while the other is public, Sheikh Zyed hospital Lahore. However, both cannot cope with the inflow of patients.

We have the land for the project and need funding to develop the infrastuctuire/equipment.
