We are developing our new town house project. This is a small scale residential project in the Philippines for the design, development and sale of socialized townhouse project.

We are developing, constructing and selling a six (6) unit town house project in Panay Island, the Philippines. This is a small project which is easy to develop, manage and sell. Low cost housing project has a big demand in the community considering the huge back log in housing demand. The community needs new houses for the low and middle income families.

Demand for low cost housing is huge, as more the 5 million new houses are needed. This is one of the several small housing project of the company. For a minimum investment of USD 10,000.00 the investor can get back his investment and income in less than 2 years, at the minimum of 8% per annum income, after tax. The investor finance the construction of the building, we provide the land and we sell the property to credit worthy buyers.

The project is currently on the design and development stage. Construction will start by the first quarter of 2012. The new houses are pre-sold, and finance by local banks. The funding will be use in the construction of the building.

We are a new real estate company with several projects on small low cost housing for the low and middle income market. This is a huge unserved market in our country. We have access to the technology, production, marketing and financing of the low cost housing. Our related business have been operating for more than 20 years employing hundreds locals.

The real estate business in the country is on an upswing considering huge demand and low supply. Interest rate in housing runs from 10 % to 18% per annum which is too costly. We are looking for low cost funds from 5% - 8% per annum which will make the project cost lower, to provide better pricing.

The investor will provide the fund for the construction of the houses. Our company will sell the house, which will be finance by local banks. Investors will be immediately repaid. The investment will have a maximum term of 2 years.

The investment will be use for construction of the townhouse units. we need low cost funding to make the lower cost houses for the poor. The smallest investment will be USD 10,000.00 which will be about the cost of a unit. We will provide for the land and the other development, operating and selling expense.
