Game Farm for Safari and Hunting: Opportunity in the Western Cape

I am looking to start up a safari and hunting farm in the Western Cape. This is a unique opportunity as it will be the first hunting farm near Cape Town in a 100km.

I have ten years of experience in the hunting and farming of wild animals. I am looking for an investor who has the same interest as me, who is willing to come aboard to assist me. I am in the Western Cape as this is a tourism mecca and there are no hunting farms or ranches in proximity of 100 kilometers from Cape town, which will make this opportunity unique.

The farm in question is well equipped with infrastructure and is already breeding game but is under marketed. I have the opportunity to buy this farm but don't have the funds. That is the reason for my interest to bring an investor from aboard.

I am willing to give away a 50% share of this venture. I will be managing it myself as this is my dream and I have the skill to do so. I will need your assistance to market the farm abroad as well.

Funding is mainly needed to purchase the farm. Additionally, it will be used to purchase real estate to sustain income as well and to ensure the start-up capital to sustain and grow the farm.

You as the investor will have a 50% share in the company and respectively you will get a 50% share in the profit as well.
