Investment Needed for Distribution of Wasted Rock in Mine Industry

Funding will be used for: purchase 15 new trucks, 15 tipper trailers, 4 frontend loaders, maintenance van x2, purchasing of the site parking, paying salaries.

Our company would like to purchase 15 heavy duty trucks with tippers /slopes (34 cubic meters) in order to get the project off the ground. The trucks will distribute wasted rock within the mine industry in South Africa. The mine industry will like to see the trucks and they must be ready to execute the project. We are looking for investor and intend to offer 33% of our shares.

Ten (10 Volvo FH/FM trucks) with tippers (34 cubic meters) will distribute wasted rock from mine shafts to mine plants on daily basis. Our only dilemma is that the mine industry would like to see the trucks with tippers beforehand, when they send their people for geographical assessment. They want to see them in our site yard with its drivers, all necessary documentation proving that we own them.

Our main objective is to alleviate poverty and unemployment in our country but we are not forgetting our investors' return. That is why we offer 33% of our shares to the people who will help us get the project off the ground when trusting us with their money. There are plenty of business opportunities in the gold mine industry, only capital is withholding us from fulfilling our dream. 30 drivers, 10 assistants, 4 invoicing clerks and shareholders will also be given key positions to effectively run the project.

Renewable contract after every 5years and expanding in to the transporting of mine personnel in future since contracts always come to an end. More returns and a lifetime partnership with our conpany.
