The project is on Swaziland National Land which is on a 99 year lease and holiday tax.
This will be a 3 star hotel and cash payback period is 7 years and its good investment because the proposed site is due for major developments and accessible by a highway 100metres away.

This will be a 51% and 49% being local. We have Architectural designs available but not yet approved. 50% of the project can be sourced through the local bank. Already presentations have been done and the bank is keen to finance the project.
