Debt Capital of USD 600k Required for Papaya Planation - Sri Lanka

We have established a Papaya plantation for extraction of latex and factory to process latex extracted Green Papaya in the Northern Province.

Looking for a debt capital to establish Papaya Plantation in about 100 Acres of land and make the factory with additional facilities such as RO plant and Waste Water treatment unit.

We have already invested nearly USD 250,000 of which about USD 65,000 is by way of a bank loan,

Factory is 90% complete and waiting additional capital to start functioning. We also need the additional capital to establish the further plantation in a 100 Acre land that is being negotiated with the government.

We are the only establishment that is engaged in the extraction of latex for making crude Papain Enzyme as well as Green papaya Processing in Sri Lanka.
There is huge potential to establish value added Fruit processing the same facility such as cut fruits with IQF Facility.

We can offer 12% interest per annum on the investment. Lock in period should be minimum 3 years

1. Completion of remaining Factory work to be functional USD 75,000
2. Additional facility to value added products - IQF Papaya Cubes.
3. Establishment of 100 Acre Farm solely for Papaya to extract latex.

We offer 12% per annum on the investment and would return the capital 50% in the first 3 years and balance 50% in the next 3 years.

Its is made 3 years as the life cycle of the Papaya Plant is 3 years.
