The company (Ukraine), which is the owner of the plant of coffee production (prepare roasted and powder coffee), is looking for private equity\venture capital or a partner for further development and expansion of business. The company is ready to sell from 40% to 100% of corporate rights in a coffee producing business that owns a new coffee processing plant.

The company has created its own brand and product lines that match different consumer tastes and preferences. It produces the whole range of coffee varieties: soluble granulated coffee, soluble powder coffee, roasted ground coffee and roasted coffee beans.

The project involves:
• Covering cities with population of more than 100 people;
• Increasing the number of points of sales in 2.5 times – up to 17000 points of sale.

Total production capacity – 3947 tonnes, including:
• Soluble coffee – 1004 tonnes,
• Roasted coffee – 2943 tonnes.

EBITDA run rates: 15-30%
