Investment Opportunity
A startup- Real Estate and Construction Company in Lusaka the Capital of Zambia. The funds are for setting up a hotel and hospital.
We have 6 ha prime land in the upmarket suburb of New Kasama within Lusaka's cosmopolitan residential area.
We want to put up a hospital in this area as there is no hospital within the vicinity despite the area having many affluent potential clients and many colleges and universities.
The money will be generated through normal medical services, as well as, consultation. There is a surge in medical insurance in Zambia and a hospital is a very viable business proposition.
With our market research and analysis, the business will break-even with 24 months of operations.
We have already secured the land and its on title. We have also started the processes of registering the hospital.
Our offer to the investor or equity partner is 45% ownership for the investment of between $450,000 and $500,000. The funds are meant for the completion of the hospital building and purchase of general equipment.
Competitive Advantage
Most existing hospitals do not have the standards most affluent people in Zambia are looking for and this makes us the only option on the market.
We specialized services, we can always stay on top of our market.
Rationale for the deal
Most working people who have scheme or health insurance are shunning public hospitals for private hospitals that can give then quality health care. There are a few hospitals that are now doing this but their standards are not as good as how we want our hospital to be.
Use of financing
The financing will be used for the construction and procurement of the basic and general hospital equipment.
Opportunity for the investor
We are looking for an equity partner who is willing to be part owner to this dream. The investment can be made in two installments of $250,000 dollars each. The first installment is for completing the structural works while the second is for equipment purchase and initial operational costs.
